Job summary

CCS INC in Plano, TX seeks a senior data analytics and project management professional to lead data-driven decision making and dashboard development.

You will build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps; automate data workflows with Alteryx/KNIME; and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years PM and data experience, cloud certs, and strong SQL/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience wrangling data and building dashboards.
• Exposure to Power BI/Tableau and PowerApps.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Democratize data to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Create data workflows and automation using Alteryx/KNIME or similar.
• Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support ops decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams.
