Job summary

CCS INC. is seeking a senior data analytics professional in Plano to drive data democratization and deliver interactive dashboards. You will own data workflows, analytics tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational decision-making.

The role requires extensive experience in data wrangling, BI tools, cloud platforms, and programming with SQL/Excel, Python or R. This is a high-impact, data-driven position on a team focused on scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience.
• 10 years+ Project Management experience.
• AWS or Azure Data certifications.
• 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
• 7-8 years of experience in Power BI/Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx/KNIME.
• 5-6 years of experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficient in complex SQL and Excel.
• Exposure to Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Data Democratization related activities to drive data drivel decision making
• Develop and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
• Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
• Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
