CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to own the analytics backbone for a large-scale energy, utility, and logistics planning function.

You will manage multi-site datasets, build centralized trackers, and translate data into actionable decisions across PMO, Finance, and Construction teams. The role emphasizes building data models, risk tracking, and real-time reporting to drive cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role handling large, multi-variable datasets across complex portfolios.
• PMP certification or equivalent used to structure ambiguity, not just manage schedules.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar).
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle, from demand forecasting to construction delivery, across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth for portfolio health and timelines.
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedding due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestone status, and coverage gaps in real time.
• Identify data gaps and process breakdowns and build trackers, playbooks, operating rhythms, and escalation frameworks.
