Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to own the analytics backbone of a fast-scaling energy and power planning function.

You will manage large datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating raw data into actionable decisions and building tracking infrastructure. This role emphasizes data mastery over traditional program management, including building centralized trackers, dashboards, and risk frameworks; collaborating across PMO, Finance, Capital Management,

Qualifications

5+ years in data-heavy program management with large portfolios.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tools experience.
SQL proficiency; Python a plus.
Experience in capital-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning site lifecycles from demand to construction across hundreds to thousands of locations.
Build data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
Design risk tracking frameworks embedding due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows.
Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones and coverage gaps.
Identify data gaps and process breakdowns; build trackers, playbooks and escalation mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align utility costs with capital budgets.
Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling improvements.
