Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to own the analytics backbone for a scaling energy and power planning function. You will manage large datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating raw data into decisions and building robust tracking infrastructure.

The role emphasizes data modeling, centralized reporting, and cross-functional coordination with PMO, Finance, and Construction to ensure timely delivery and risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management or data analyst role managing large datasets across complex portfolios.
• PMP certification or equivalent used to structure ambiguity and drive alignment.
• Proficient in SQL; Python is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle from demand forecasting to construction delivery.
• Build data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedding due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and process breakdowns and build trackers, playbooks, and escalation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure costs flow into capital budgets and drive automation across data workflows.
