Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to own the analytics backbone of a fast-scaling energy and power planning function. You will manage large datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating raw data into decisions and building tracking infrastructure.

This role emphasizes data modeling, risk tracking, and executive dashboards to surface portfolio health and cost variance. Collaboration with PMO, Finance, and Construction is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar)
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure
• Experience in capital-intensive industries — energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work backward from a messy data landscape and build clean, scalable systems

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across a portfolio of hundreds to thousands of sites
• Build and manage data models integrating inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedded in PMO and capital workflows
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones
• Identify data gaps and process breakdowns and build trackers, playbooks, and escalation frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure utility infrastructure and interconnect costs flow into budgets
• Drive automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements
