You will manage datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, building a centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure that informs capital decisions and construction delivery. The role emphasizes data modeling, risk tracking, and real-time dashboards to align PMO, Finance, and Construction stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role across large portfolios.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tools experience.
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as energy, utilities, real estate, or logistics.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from messy data landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle.
• Build data models integrating multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedded into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and build mechanisms to fix them (trackers, playbooks, rhythms).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align utility costs with budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and tooling needs.
