Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and visual summaries to track business indicators.
• Identify trends, gaps, and performance changes.
• Support marketing analysis related to campaigns, customer behavior, and channel results.
• Conduct operations analysis on service volume, efficiency, turnaround times, and resource use.
• Engage in data analytics and programming using Python, R Studio, Snowflake and SQL.
