Job summary

SWBC is seeking a results-oriented Data Analytics Manager to lead and develop a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers. This role will define and execute the analytics strategy, translating complex business problems into actionable data solutions.

You will liaise with business leaders, govern data practices, and drive dashboards, reports, and presentations that impact performance. Requires 8+ years in data analytics, with 3+ in leadership, and strong SQL/Python.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of data professionals.
• Experience in developing and implementing a data analytics strategy.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management, setting team goals, and managing performance.
• Understanding of cloud services and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Define and execute the data analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects and allocating resources.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions including dashboards and reports.
• Act as liaison between analytics team and executive leadership.
• Champion data governance and security practices within the team.
• Stay abreast of new technologies to improve the team's capabilities.
