Job summary

SWBC is seeking a results-oriented Data Analytics Manager to lead and develop a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers in San Antonio, TX. The role defines the analytics strategy and ensures high-quality, impactful insights driving business performance.

You will translate complex business problems into actionable data solutions, acting as the primary liaison between analytics and business leaders while championing governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years in data analytics with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage data professionals.
• Experience in developing and implementing a data analytics strategy.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management and performance management.
• Understanding of cloud services and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals.
• Define and execute the data analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects and resources.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Serve as liaison between analytics and executive leadership.
• Champion data governance and security within the team.
