Job summary

SWBC is seeking an Analytics Engineer II in San Antonio, TX to work with data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts on data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.

You will develop semantic models using Snowflake, dbt, and Omni, optimize SQL/Python scripts, and enable self-service BI across the organization while maintaining quality, governance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a data-focused field.
• 3+ years of data model development experience.
• Proven ability to communicate analyses to technical and non-technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the data stack infrastructure (Snowflake, AWS, Fivetran, dbt, Omni).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, establish, and measure KPIs and metrics.
• Develop consumption and semantic models for analytics, data science, and BI use cases.
