SWBC is seeking a data-focused professional to work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to deliver data-driven solutions that impact business decisions and overall data strategy.

You will leverage Snowflake, dbt, and Omni to develop consumption and semantic models, manage pipelines, and optimize SQL/Python for faster insights and self-service BI. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in data model development and best practices across various engineering tools.
• Proven ability to communicate analyses to both technical and non-technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop consumption and semantic models to support self-service BI and analytics.
• Manage and optimize dbt pipelines and SQL/Python scripts for performance and speed to insight.
• Define and measure KPIs with business stakeholders.
• Ensure data stack reliability, cost efficiency, and governance as we scale.
