Job summary

KIPP Foundation seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead reporting, analysis, and data-driven storytelling for the network of KIPP schools. You will partner with the Data & Technology team and program teams to improve data products and processes while centering equity across all workstreams.

The role emphasizes designing dashboards, ensuring data quality, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders, including grant submissions and program planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages, and statistical software.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, IT, social sciences, or similar.
• Deep commitment to racial and educational equity and centering equity in work.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of reporting and analysis.
• Clean, compile, and analyze data across content areas to support reporting.
• Design, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, and products for stakeholders.
• Generate actionable insights and communicate results in memos, visuals, and presentations.
• Support data collection, quality assurance, and verification processes.
