Ashby is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead our small but growing data team. You will manage three Data Analysts, own analytics projects end to end, and partner with product, marketing, and revenue teams to deliver high‑impact insights.

You'll shape data practices as Ashby scales across products and regions, mentor analysts, and help navigate AI implications while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience with dbt-style modeling.
• Experience leading data practitioners in a high-growth tech environment.
• Clear communicator with data storytelling.
• Comfortable working across analytics stack and data warehouse.
• Bias for principled decision-making and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ashby's three Data Analysts and guide analytics work.
• Develop data practices to scale a lean team.
• Lead the team through transitions from broad context to specialization.
• Oversee end-to-end analysis, dashboards, and data products.
• Collaborate with company partners and maintain data quality.
