Job summary
Availity, the leading healthcare engagement platform, is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead a team delivering data products for commercial and end-user applications. You will translate business needs into robust analytics solutions and collaborate with Platform and Product Architecture to improve code quality and reduce technical debt.
Remote-first company with strong culture, you will mentor staff, manage multiple IT projects, and drive customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience in healthcare.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Ability to deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
- Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, data structures and design.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Able to adapt to change and understand SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Owns support and requirements gathering of Availity data products.
- Leads a team to meet internal and external client needs.
- Collaborates with Platform and Product Architecture to improve process and code quality.
- Eliminates duplicate design and reduces technical debt.
- Ensures development positively affects customer satisfaction.
