Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst, Business Analytics to enable data-driven decisions across the organization. You will partner with leaders to define KPIs, build scalable dashboards, and translate data into actionable business value.

You’ll own analytics tooling, ensure data accuracy, and leverage AI to accelerate insights while maintaining rigorous validation. This is a hybrid NYC role requiring onsite work three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth tech startup.
• Expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations for decision-making.
• Translate business needs into analytical tools and metrics to answer strategic questions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models for self-service access.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflow while ensuring validation and scalability.
