Qualifications

• 4–8 years of analytics, data science, consulting, or similar quantitative experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong project management skills, delivering multiple projects against tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and managing workstreams.
• Solid analytics foundation including SQL; Python preferred.
• Experience with data pipelines, data quality, reconciliation, or analytical QA.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to connect analytics to commercial questions.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail and QA best practices in analytics.
• Automation-first mindset and interest in AI-enhanced analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of data analysts.
• Manage analyst capacity and priorities across multiple engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics and data pipeline processes from onboarding to QA and final analysis.
• Establish and maintain QA standards across outputs.
• Review outputs, identify issues, and drive process/tooling improvements.
• Conduct cross-engagement analyses to identify quality and efficiency gains; partner with technical and business teams to troubleshoot.
• Use SQL, Python, and Excel to investigate data, validate outputs, and support the team.
• Translate technical findings into clear business implications for stakeholders.
• Turn manual processes and recurring issues into scalable, repeatable workflows.
