Job summary

CASES is seeking a Manager, Data and Analytics for a New York City-based hybrid role supporting ACES. The Manager will shape and oversee the data strategy for ACES expansion, building a comprehensive data infrastructure for implementation, performance monitoring, and evaluation.

The role involves supervising an analyst, creating data products, and delivering insights to inform program decisions. Strong data storytelling skills and experience with dashboards are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 2+ years as a senior data analyst, or Bachelor’s with 3–5 years of experience as a senior data analyst.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; proficiency in other MS Office suite required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an analyst and oversee development of data products, dashboards, reports, and analytic tools.
• Manage data systems, reporting processes, and evaluation data for internal decision making and external reporting.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards to showcase program performance data.
• Extract program datasets via queries for analysis to support executives and funders.
• Develop automated data reports aligned with contract goals and performance metrics.
