Job summary

CASES is seeking a Manager, Data and Analytics for a New York City–based hybrid role supporting ACES. The Manager will shape and implement the data strategy, oversee data infrastructure, and drive performance monitoring and evaluation across Harlem, the Bronx, and expanding to Brooklyn/Queens.

The role supervises an analyst and develops data products, dashboards, and analytics tools for internal decision-making and external reporting. In-person presence in Brooklyn is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant data analysis experience.
• Experience leading a data analytics function and supervising staff.
• Strong communication and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of ACES program operations and engage with managers and youth workers.
• Provide hands-on management and oversight of the analyst to deliver data solutions.
• Coach staff to interpret data insights and embed data-driven practices in operations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data products to support decisions.
• Run database queries to extract program data for executives and stakeholders.
• Create automated reports to monitor performance against goals and contracts.
• Present analytics results with clear storytelling to diverse teams.
