Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, clean, model, and report enterprise data, supporting operational efficiency and executive decision-making.

You will gather and manage large data sets using SQL, build interactive dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, and collaborate with finance, IT, and administrative teams to translate business goals into analytics. A focus on data governance and clear storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, health informatics, or related quantitative fields.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools; working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and analytics platforms.
• 5 years of analytical experience in a large practice, health care, or corporate environment.
• Strong communication and data storytelling to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and management using SQL and automated pipelines.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) tracking KPIs.
• Analyze workflows to recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with administrative, finance, IT to translate goals into analytics
