Qualifications

• US Citizenship required (Needed for clearance purposes)
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or a related analytical role. Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing relational databases
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key business and operational metrics
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems, databases, and other business resources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders, management, and other stakeholders
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting sources
• Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
• Identify trends, anomalies, and data‑driven opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Partner with business, operations, technology, finance, HR, and other teams to understand reporting requirements an deliver meaningful analysis
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Develop and maintain data documentation, definitions, reporting processes, and standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve analytical processes and efficiencies
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, performance measurement, and other strategic business initiatives
• Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
