Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Data & Analytics Consultants to join our Technology & Experience Practice. You will blend business acumen with data skills to deliver insights using SQL, Python, PySpark, and R, building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA, expected to graduate between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027, legally eligible to work in the United States, and willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
• GPA of at least 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (including OPT, H-1B, TN)
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (travel expenses covered)
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows; strong critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives and team members to understand needs and recommend data-driven solutions
• Deliver valuable outcomes with project teams and manage tasks under guidance
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements
• Develop and test investment hypotheses using data science methodologies
• Create detailed business cases and strategic recommendations
• Apply data management, integration, and analytics tools including ETL and ML models
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve client outcomes
