Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Data & Analytics Consultants to join our Data & Analytics team within the TechEx Practice. You will blend business insight with technical problem-solving to unlock data potential through analytics, data science, and data engineering.

The role covers SQL, Python, PySpark, or R, plus creating dashboards in Tableau/Power BI. A hybrid work model and learning opportunities support growth and collaboration with client teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (including OPT, H-1B, TN).
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows and evaluating outputs for quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and team members to understand needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Deliver valuable outcomes with West Monroe project teams and manage tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test hypotheses using data science methods to drive insights.
• Create business cases and strategic recommendations.
