Job summary

West Monroe is seeking an entry-level Data & Analytics Consultant to join our Technology & Experience (TechEx) Practice. You will combine business acumen with technical problem-solving to deliver data-driven insights using SQL, Python, PySpark, or R.

As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will collaborate with client executives, support end-to-end data science workflows, and build dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hybrid work model and residency within 50 miles of assigned office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (travel expenses covered).
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Deliver valuable outcomes with project teams; own and complete tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test investment hypotheses using data science methodologies.
