Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Data Manager to build and manage data and dashboards across our AWS-based ecosystem. You will ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalable reporting to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Reporting to IT and partnering with Finance and other leaders, you will design standards, improve data integrity, and drive analytics across the organization while expanding our data capabilities from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong SQL and relational DB querying skills.
• Experience building production dashboards in BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics and dashboards.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across BI tools.
• Partner with business teams to define data requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across dashboards.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data pipelines.
