LPL Financial is hiring an Associate Analyst in Client Compensation to support research, investigation, and analysis ensuring advisors receive accurate compensation. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with internal and external partners.

You'll sort and model data, develop ad-hoc reports, and participate in process improvements in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial services industry experience.
• 1+ years working in Data Analytics, Business or Technology analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Sort and model data, support process analysis/redesign and assist in project work.
• Communicate with others and balance workload in a dynamic environment to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Perform complex data analysis, reconciliations and design/develop ad-hoc reports
• Interact with internal and external partners to ensure data accurately reflects reporting needs
• SME Data support to external organizations
