CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team across the US and Canada. You will power data analysis, build templates, and streamline processes to improve model accuracy and reporting across the program.

You will manipulate large data sets, automate data handling in Excel/Visual Basic, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable insights for energy modeling and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Comfort with statistical software and templates.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation to support statistical analysts.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision and consistency.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy before it moves downstream.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to build and maintain database files.
• Create and maintain standardized templates for energy modeling and program data.
• Write clear work instructions for new templates.
• Track, draft, edit, and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce manual error.
• Troubleshoot and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel formulas.
• Manage data in Smartsheet and support benchmarking reporting.
• Contribute to development of digital infrastructure.
