Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to power the SEM program across the US and Canada. You will drive data quality, support energy modeling, and build templates that streamline the team’s work.

This role is largely internally facing, with occasional client interaction to gather data and answer questions. If you are proficient with Visual Basic, advanced Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint, and you enjoy turning complex datasets into reliable insights, you will fit right in with our energetic,

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Familiar with statistical software and templates.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams.
• Energy industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation for analysts.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision and consistency.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build database files.
• Create and maintain standardized templates for energy modeling and data.
• Write work instructions for new templates to enable others.
• Track, draft, edit, and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce errors.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel formulas.
• Manage and manipulate data in Smartsheet.
• Support benchmarking reporting and contribute to digital infrastructure.
