Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to support SEM teams across the US and Canada by powering data analysis, standardizing processes, and keeping datasets clean for accurate modeling and reporting.

You will work with statistical templates, build tools in Visual Basic and Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain standardized energy modeling templates, while occasionally interfacing with clients to gather data.

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Comfort working with statistical software and templates.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Collaborative mindset across internal teams and occasionally with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation to support Statistical Analysts.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision and consistency.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy before it moves downstream.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain database files.
• Partner with program teams to create standardized templates for energy modeling and program data.
• Write clear work instructions for newly developed templates.
• Track, draft, edit, and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce manual error.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel formulas.
• Manage and manipulate data in Smartsheet.
• Support benchmarking reporting and contribute to the development of our digital infrastructure.
