CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Strategic Energy Management team across the US and Canada. You will power the work of Statistical Analysts, standardize processes, and keep data clean to drive decisions.

The role emphasizes data analysis, model support, and template development while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Comfort working with statistical software and templates.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Collaborative mindset across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation to support analysts.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision and consistency.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate to build and maintain database files.
• Create standard templates for energy modeling and data.
• Write work instructions for templates for others to use.
• Track, edit, and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce errors.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel.
• Manage data in Smartsheet and support benchmarking reporting.
