CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to power the Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team across the US and Canada. You’ll help drive energy modeling, standardize processes, and keep data clean for accurate insights.

This role focuses on internal data analysis with occasional client interaction. You’ll work on automating data processing, building templates, and ensuring high-quality models and reports used by SEM programs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Comfort working with statistical software and templates.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation to support our Statistical Analysts.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision and consistency.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy before it moves downstream.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain database files.
• Partner with program teams to create and maintain standardized templates for energy modeling and program data.
• Write clear work instructions for newly developed templates, so others can use them.
• Track, draft, edit, and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce manual error.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel formulas.
• Manage and manipulate data in Smartsheet.
• Support benchmarking reporting and contribute to the development of our digital infrastructure.
