Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Data Analyst to support its SEM team across North America. You will power data-driven decisions by cleaning, standardizing, and preparing datasets, and by building templates and tools for the SEM program.

This role focuses on internal data analysis with some client interaction. You will collaborate across teams to improve data workflows, automate processes, and ensure model quality for energy modeling projects.

Qualifications

• Strong data manipulation and formatting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Proficiency with Visual Basic and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-modeling data review and manipulation.
• Manipulate and format production data with precision.
• Analyze large data sets to catch errors and ensure accuracy.
• Integrate data into statistical software templates.
• Collaborate with teams to build standardized templates for energy modeling.
• Write work instructions for new templates.
• Track and quality-control final models and reports.
• Help automate data processing to save time and reduce manual error.
• Troubleshoot and build tools using Visual Basic and Excel.
• Manage and manipulate data in Smartsheet.
• Support benchmarking reporting and digital infrastructure.
