The role emphasizes collaboration with Centers of Excellence and HR partners, translating complex data into clear presentations and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources.
• Ability to interpret data and research findings and translate them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Foundational knowledge of organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and/or HR transformation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of enterprise initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, integration, workforce strategy, and HR transformation.
• Analyze workforce data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
• Develop presentations and reports that communicate findings to HR and leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across function and levels to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist in organizational assessments, surveys, and benchmarking activities.
