Responsabilidades

Job Description Seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant to design and implement an enterprise-level Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform. The consultant will be responsible for developing advanced Power BI dashboards, designing enterprise data models, integrating Learning Management System (LMS) data, creating complex DAX calculations, and delivering executive-level workforce readiness reports.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-level Power BI data models and architecture. Integrate data from multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS). Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. Build dashboards for training registration, attendance, completion, pass/fail, and no-show reporting.
