Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience in LMS administration, IT helpdesk environments, or data reporting.
• Bridge communication between non-technical training stakeholders and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and troubleshooting technical reports from a Data Warehouse or enterprise SQL database.
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to LMS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Documentation and SOP compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Workday Learning Administration & Advanced Troubleshooting: tier II LMS escalations, learner transcript issues, enrollment blocks, SCORM/AICC content errors.
• NTC Training & IT/DevOps Bridge: translate requirements, coordinate with DevOps, communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Reporting, Data Analytics & Bulk Operations: develop, modify and schedule custom reports; manage bulk data uploads.
• Team Support & Operational Flexibility: provide coverage for LMS Support, triage tickets in Jira/Workday, handle ad-hoc tasks.
