• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support ETL and data pipelines.
• Communicate findings through data storytelling and recommendations.
• Identify root causes and performance drivers to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze customer journeys and marketing funnels to identify drivers of engagement and outcomes.
