Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, reporting automation, and KPI development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear action plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze operational, program, manufacturing, or supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation through better tools and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Work cross-functionally with program teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives by using data to evaluate performance and measure impact.
• Provide leadership with recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and presentation-ready insights for business reviews.
