Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
3 years of related experience in Data Analysis, BI, Data Science, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics.
Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
Experience with ETL or ELT processes and data pipelines.
Solid working knowledge of descriptive statistics and analytical methods.
Ability to apply sound judgment and analytical thinking to identify root causes.
Experience with marketing, digital, or customer journey analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations.
Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on ETL and data pipelines.
Perform ad hoc analyses and communicate findings with data storytelling.
Analyze customer journeys, marketing funnels, and channel performance.
