Job summary

NCCI is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data resources team in Boca Raton. You will identify and resolve routine data issues, work with data providers, and help ensure data accuracy for decision-making.

This role offers a flexible-hybrid work arrangement and a local candidate is preferred. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analysis, data management, or related areas, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with insurance/financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or data management.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or similar analytical environments.
• Knowledge of insurance, claims, or financial data preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer data issues and assist data providers.
• Provide testing and system support, and research issues.
• Prepare documentation to resolve system requirements, procedures, or customer communications to resolve issues impacting core work functions.

In this role, you'll identify and resolve routine data issues, uncover root causes, work directly with customers and data providers, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data that supports critical business decisions. You'll gain exposure to data environments, business systems, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives while building valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT IT TAKES

• In lieu of the work experience requirement, a degree with coursework in any of the following may be accepted:
