Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 2+ years in data analysis, data management, or similar environments.
• Experience with data or financial services, insurance, or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer data issues and assist data providers.
• Provide testing and system support, and research issues.
• Prepare documentation to resolve system requirements and customer communications.
• Participate in process reviews and improvements of team functions.
• Collaborate with team members on resolutions to data provider challenges.
