Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst III in New York, NY (onsite) for a 12+ month contract. The role focuses on empowering RL Bus Ops Sales with actionable data insights, building data models, and visualizing trends to support strategic decisions.

You will work with multiple datasets and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in a quantitative field with 4–5 years of data analysis experience in the internet space,

Qualifications

• Grad/Post-Grad in a quantitative discipline.
• 4-5 years of data analysis experience in the internet space.
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, Salesforce reporting.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.
• Experience with Tableau/Google Studio; knowledge of R/Python a plus.
• Digital marketing space knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, assimilate, and share insights on the Reality Labs industry, competitive landscape, and the business.
• Identify, track, and model data around key business drivers.
• Forecast analysis of invoiced revenue, monthly active business, ROI impact of commercial incentives for Reality Labs partners.
• Solve complex challenges related to the product, performance, and scale.
• Create compelling visual representations of data & automate reports to enhance consumption and usage of data.
• Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution plans.

$54.00/hr - $74.00/hr

Job Description

The main function of the data analyst would be to empower RL Bus Ops Sales team with actionable data insights. This includes making sense of large amounts of data, building data models, identifying and visualizing data trends. The data analyst will constantly find themselves in the midst of solving business challenges using data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research, assimilate, and share insights on the Reality Labs industry, competitive landscape, and the business.

Qualification & Experience

• Grad/Post-Grad in a quantitative discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, in the internet space.
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, Salesforce reporting.
• Strong team collaboration skills a must.
• General knowledge of Finance and Accounting a plus.
• Experience with Tableau/Google Studio (Knowledge of R/Python would be a plus).
• Basic knowledge of digital media space. Digital marketing experience will be preferred. This may include META competitors or agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working against tight timelines w.r.t. key deliverables.
