Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions to the operations team through a Power BI experience within Ryder's Azure Data Lake.

Design dashboards and reports to drive strategic decisions, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and develop descriptive and prescriptive insights for Ryder teams and external customers. The role involves transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating with analysts and scientists, and leveraging agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of applied projects: digital transformation and data management in education/project or intern type environment.
• 2+ years 2-4 years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visualizations for decision making.
• Engage business stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and deliver innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and how data adds value in this ecosystem.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality and enable multiplier effects.
