Uber is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Mobility Customer Experience Analytics team. You will own North Star metrics, perform deep-dive analyses, and design experiments to quantify the impact of growth bets and new product launches.

You will shape support design across traditional and GenAI-powered channels and develop self-service dashboards for cross-functional partners. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance to drive data-backed recommendations, write complex SQL, and

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, or similar.
Proficiency in Python, R and SQL with ability to write and understand complex queries.

Responsabilidades

Own North Star metrics and targets for Mobility Customer Experience strategy.
Conduct deep-dive analyses and design experiments to quantify impact of launches and growth bets.
Evaluate and shape customer support design with rigorous impact tracking across traditional and GenAI-powered channels.
Translate questions into data-driven recommendations to improve user-facing support and product policies.
Create self-service data products, dashboards, and reporting for non-technical users and leaders.
