Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to tackle complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You will drive data governance, build real-time dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and deliver insights to executives while reducing technical debt and improving data quality.

The role bridges business strategy and engineering, focusing on scalable data infrastructure and AI-driven solutions across the platform. In-office presence is expected with flexible remote options where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, consulting, sales ops, or supply chain analytics.
• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or CS (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• 2+ years in data governance, data quality, or AI/ML projects.
• Strong SQL skills and data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Oracle/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and rollout of data governance frameworks and spend analytics programs.
• Prioritize complex data requirements across IT, finance, and regional ops teams.
• Build dashboards and real-time alerts using Tableau/Power BI for executive insights.
• Analyze large ERP/CRM datasets (Oracle, Salesforce) to identify savings opportunities.
• Establish data quality standards and data traceability across lifecycles.
• Explore AI/LLM solutions to optimize sourcing and workflows.
