CLEAResult in Michigan is seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to support the delivery of energy efficiency programs across our utility portfolio. You will turn program data into insights that keep operations running smoothly and help meet client reporting needs.

You will build recurring reports and dashboards, handle ad-hoc data requests, and collaborate with Operations Support and Program Management to drive continuous improvement and portfolio outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in data analysis.
• Experience building recurring reports and dashboards.
• Comfortable fielding ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity and security.
• Collaborates with Operations Support and Program Management.
