The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data analysis, is proficient with Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, and can manage recurring reports while handling ad-hoc requests from multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM/program tracking platforms.
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs.
• Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analyses to drive measurable results.
• Field ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders without compromising scheduled deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations Support and Program Management to align on priorities.
