Job summary

CLEAResult in Michigan is seeking a Data Analyst to support energy efficiency program reporting across our Michigan utility portfolio. You will turn program data into insights that help keep operations running smoothly and enable proactive improvements for client projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data analysis, is proficient with Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, and can manage recurring reports while handling ad-hoc requests from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you are… Skilled at managing program and portfolio data and conducting complex analysis that drives measurable results for energy efficiency programs. Experienced building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs and give Program Managers the visibility they need to hit goals. Comfortable fielding ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders - internal teams, field staff, business development, and clients - without losing sight of scheduled deliverables. Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, with the judgment to pick the right tool for the job. Proven ability to prioritize independently, balancing recurring reporting commitments against urgent ad-hoc requests in a fast-moving environment. Detail-oriented about data integrity, applying best practices for accuracy, completeness, and security across all program data. A natural collaborator who works closely with Operations Support and Program Management to align on priorities and troubleshoot program delivery challenges together. Goes beyond standard reporting - digs into the data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that support broader portfolio goals. Brings a continuous-improvement mindset and takes ownership of process or IT-related projects when they intersect with data and reporting needs. Adaptable and reliable, willing to take on related work as priorities shift across a growing program portfolio.

Target compensation

$56,000 - $58,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
