Requirements
- We require a bachelors degree in data analysis, statistics, supply chain management/logistics, computer science, or a related field.
- We look for 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, price analysis, brand protection, and accessories.
- Experience in spare parts promotion is a plus.
- We need expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- We prefer a strong interest in, and knowledge of, the automotive parts industry.
- We expect familiarity with pricing methods, tools, strategies, sensitivities, and influencing factors.
- We need the ability to analyze data thoroughly, develop recommendations, and prepare business cases.
- We look for the ability to read, assess, and interpret business publications and professional journals.
- We need strong communication skills across all organizational levels, as well as with external clients.
- We value adaptability in cross-functional and international teams.
- We expect knowledge of online tools such as communication platforms, trading sites, and data-mining sites.

- Project management experience is required.

- We require fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of digital marketing or e-commerce experience, 2 years of marketing experience, and 1 year of marketing or data analysis experience.
- Candidates should also have 2 years of Microsoft PowerPoint experience, 2 years of data analysis experience, and 2 years of general marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- We analyze raw data, clean datasets, and build dashboards to support decision-making.
- We develop and present materials using PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and public-speaking skills.
- We support brand-protection efforts, including trademark infringement matters, IP protection, and efforts to prevent counterfeit and gray-market parts from entering our markets.
- We coordinate communication between customs officials, in-country legal teams, and our global legal team.
- We help deliver customs training to strengthen enforcement against counterfeit and gray-market imports.
- We support brand-protection training and follow up on cases, distributor communications, and supplier invoices.
- We research customer needs and market trends and prepare presentations for internal and external use.
- We respond promptly to customer questions related to ACCY and brand protection.
- We communicate with customers through channels such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- We process accessory orders and manage purchase orders and backorders.
- We handle price changes for existing parts throughout the year.
- We support pricing for newly launched models and contribute to planning activities.
- We prepare quarterly newsletters, memos, and economic reports.
- We track and monitor lawsuits and legal actions from start to finish.
- We perform data analysis to support brand-protection management.
- We prepare monthly KPI analysis and reporting for aftermarket parts and accessories.
- We submit project approval requests and present updates to management.
- We review and enter distributor orders, forms, applications, and requests into our systems and coordinate logistics globally with headquarters and other Mobis divisions.
- We build strong working relationships with distributors and suppliers.
- We may participate in or lead additional projects as needed.

Our Miami, FL team is hiring a Data Analyst for our Brand Protection section to help protect our markets and profits through data-driven analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Miami with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts, and no remote or hybrid option. The position also includes domestic and international travel of 25-30%.
