Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Benchmarking Program by delivering data-driven insights from competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and comprehensive vehicle evaluations.

You will partner with Product Development, Manufacturing, Service, and other teams to execute projects, develop analytics tools, and enable cross-functional problem solving with strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year college/university degree or similar/equivalent work experience in operations or related field.
• Program management, engineering, business analytics, data visualization, consulting or similar project execution experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of all programs and projects.
• Own the scope, road map, and tracking of projects and/or programs from start to finish.
• Set and track deliverables, identify risks and drive mitigations across all stages of the project.
• Anticipate, plan and coordinate internal logistics/needs across projects.
• Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling cross functional teams to focus more efforts on problem solving, and engineering.
• Drive initiatives cross functionally with relevant stakeholders within and outside of Test and Development.
• Partner with cross functional leads, and others to ensure milestones are met and project is a success.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position.
