Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to scale operations across the 3P Service and Collision Programs, utilizing automated data workflows and scalable pipelines.

You will work with Databricks, GitLab, JIRA and 3DEXPERIENCE to design integrations, build dashboards, and govern data used by engineering and service teams. Strong communication and a hands-on approach to ETL, API integrations, and cross-functional delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing API integrations, data workflows, and system architectures across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on technical capabilities with SQL, ETL pipelines (Databricks), and repository/deployment logic (GitLab).
• Proven ability to conduct root-cause technical analysis on pipeline failures and data gaps.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design and implement technical tool capabilities across Collision and 3P Service programs to solve bottlenecks.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering data structures and business execution.
• Define and implement automation strategies that scale operational frameworks and reduce manual intervention.
